SureDocs Real Estate eSigning Launch Pad

Oklahoma City – a la mode, inc. With SureDocs, agents and brokers collect electronic signatures on contracts, disclosures, and other important documents – saving them time and eliminating expenses. And unlike previously popular solutions, SureDocs accommodates electronic signatures and doc management easily, even if one of the parties opts for the traditional pen and paper signing process.

SureDocs is just that type of proven product with mortgage professionals and appraisers applying millions of signatures using a la mode’s technology since its release in 2006. The new agent focused version takes the proven SureDocs technology and adds features designed for real estate agents and brokers. The real estate edition of SureDocs inherits the doc recognition, tagging and audit trail features from the mortgage version, and also benefit from new functionality such as eFax integration that allows eSignatures on documents where one or more signers want or need to sign with a pen and paper. The ability to handle electronic or wet signatures combined with electronic and paper documents is a key component in agents being able to accommodate any type of buyer.

In addition, a la mode has developed the SureDocs Signer App for the Apple iPad. SureDocs Signer is the perfect paperless solution ideal for the “green” agent. With the app, all an agents docs for each transaction are pulled from SureDocs’ cloud-based servers, and presented to the signer to read and sign right on the iPad. Once SureDocs Signer has collected the signature, all the docs are updated and synced back up to the cloud for other parties to sign – either by pen or electronically.
